Spark Channel Installation

Our spark channels are very simple to install. Both Documents are listed below.

1. Cut your trench depth and length in accordance to below. Make sure you always have at least 2-3 inches of sand and/or concrete under your channel if you will have any weight on it above 400 LBS. If not, and you are placing in a garden, then make sure its deep enough to bury the trench up to the grating.

2. To connect each Spark channel, they are snap-n-lock connections. We recommend starting one channel above, and slide it down until they click together. Make sure you are making these connections inside your trench, so you can start to see how they line up and level. Don't put them all together then put in the trench, as this can affect the connections.

3. If you are connecting a 90 degree turn, or to a catch basin, make sure the outlet is cut open before connecting.

And its really that simple. As always, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via chat here on our site, email, or give us a call. We are always here to help. Thank you for your business.
