Pre-Sloped Concrete Channels

Our pre-slope concrete drainage channels have an interior slope within the channel itself. This prevents standing water throughout the system and allows for any installation with water backup issues, or installations where water needs to move continuously. Our precast concrete drainage channels include polymer concrete and fiber reinforced concrete options.

We offer in-house engineering services to provide custom technical drawings for precise drain layout designs, ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration.

Q
How long is each channel?
A
Each channel is 3.3 ft in length (1 meter) and is designed to connect end to end for a longer run. Or as long as you wish!
Q
Do you have an installation video?
A
Yes absolutely, we have installation videos on each and every product page for our pre slope systems. Just open that product page and click the video link. They are excellent. We strongly recommend rebar installation brackets for hanging installations, for leveling purposes and a one pour installation.
Q
How do I know how to line these up?
A
We do this for you actually, we hand number each channel when it arrives to you. Lets say you have a 60 ft run (20 channels) , we will number them #1 through #30, so you know exactly how they line up together and no measuring head ache.
Q
What if I need concrete water channels longer than a 60 ft run?
A
Simple, give us a call for a custom quote. It's always in stock, and we will make sure to give you the exact length that you need.
Q
Where can I order these?
A
Not a silly question, but we are the only company in the market to see high-end preslope concrete channels and other system components directly online! Just add to cart, and check out, they will arrive in 3-5 business days!
Q
Do you have Auto CAD files for these channels?
A
Yes absolutely, they are on the download list on the product pages.

Our fiber-reinforced concrete is engineered for exceptional strength, durability, and long-term performance. By integrating high-performance fibers throughout the mix, each component is built to resist cracking, wear, and structural fatigue making it ideal for demanding drainage applications.

Enhanced Strength & Durability: Fibers increase tensile and flexural strength, allowing the concrete to withstand heavy traffic, thermal movement, and structural stress without cracking or chipping.

Crack and Shrinkage Control: The distributed fibers bridge micro-cracks as they form, minimizing shrinkage and preventing long-term surface deterioration.

Improved Impact and Load Resistance: Fiber reinforcement adds toughness, helping the drain resist impacts, vibration, and fatigue from repeated heavy loads.

Superior Abrasion & Erosion Resistance: Designed to perform under constant water flow and debris, the surface resists wear, maintaining smooth hydraulic performance over time.

Reduced Maintenance Requirements: Fewer cracks and less spalling mean less risk of leakage, bacterial growth, or costly repairs, ensuring long-term reliability.

Here are some excellent case studies from customers who utilized our pre slope concrete systems.

High-Quality Pre-Slope Concrete Water Channels

Pre-slope concrete channels are an efficient and cost-effective solution for managing surface water in a variety of applications. A concrete channel drain, also known as a trench drain, is with built-in slope that ensures proper water flow. The system consists of pre-sloped sections that are installed end to end, creating a continuous slope that directs water towards the bottom outlet.

One of the main advantages of a precast drainage channel system is its ability to efficiently manage surface water. Unlike traditional drainage systems that rely on gravity to direct water towards a collection point, the pre-slope concrete drainage channel has a built-in slope that ensures continuous water flow. This ensures the drainage system maintains optimal flow rates while protecting surrounding structures and surfaces from flooding and water damage.
