Shipping and Return Policies.
SHIPPING
We ship within 24-48 hours of order placement Monday - Friday. And ship all weekend orders first thing on Monday morning. Expedited shipments are an option. If you need expedited shipping, please call our order line at 314-717-1551, and we will quote that for you!
RETURN POLICY
When it comes to returns, we have a 10 business day return window for refunding to original payment method and a 30 day window for store credit. This timeline starts when you receive your order either via delivery or pick-up and must be in our warehouse by the end of the window. Because these are construction materials, we have a very strict return policy. Any item purchased on sale, cannot be returned through a standard return. All items sold as a package must be returned as a package and cannot be split upon return. All returns are processed through our website, which you can find in the link immediately below. Vodaland does not pay for return shipping.
Be sure the order number and name are within the returning box(s).
While most returns do not have a restocking fee, any order returned over $3,000 will have a 25% restocking fee added upon receipt.
If any items received by warehouse have been clearly used or damaged in such a way that we can not immediately send it to another customer, we will not issue a refund for the product. This includes but is not limited to broken materials, dents, cuts, dirt/debris, scuffs and discoloration.
If any products received are in a state listed above, you will have 15 business days to notify us if you would like the items shipped back to you before the items are discarded. You would be responsible for the return shipping cost for these non refundable items.
