What is a coalescent filter?

The filter is a patented design that separates oil from water by making the oil bubble and gather at the water surface in the oil separator tank. After the coalescing oil/water separator filter isolates the waste oil, the coalescing media can safely be removed with ease.

How does the coalescing filter work?
A
This usually depends on the amount of water you get throughout the day. Usually auto shops will need a 70 to 135 gallon to be pumped out once a month, on the flip side, a car wash would want to utilize our 215 gallon as they will not want to maintain the amount of oil that would be in daily. It's best to reach out to your local contractor to get a recommendation on size, but we are here with answers to your questions.

How do I install my industrial oil water separator?

Our oil / water separators are constructed with a lightweight fiberglass body, making for an easy, hassle-free installation process. What pipe inlet sizes are on these oily water separators?

Our oil water separators are fitted with a 6 inch inlet / outlet piping. That being said, you can use a reducer on them if needed.

I need larger ground oil water separators than what is online, what should I do?
A
Not to worry, we can custom size anything you want in an oil water separator. We ask, however, that you please allow 3-4 months for the production and delivery of your custom separators.
