We also have a drain inside the garage that was installed by professional plumbers, but this time we installed the Vodalan drain ourselves. I’m curious for the end caps for your 4” channel ductile cast iron slotted package what type of pipe material ties into it, if it’s sch 40 or SDR 35.

To connect our 4" Channel Ductile Cast Iron Slotted Package to your pipe, we recommend attaching an outlet end cap to the channel drain and using an adapter to connect to your 4" pipe. If I order 32' of 'pre-sloped' drain (10 sections), would it be progressively deeper throughout? As in, each section a little deeper? Installing into a flat concrete slab, so hoping the bottom of the drain slopes the entire distance.

Im trying to calculate how much concrete I will need ready to pour around this trench drain. Any idea around how much it takes per section?
For the installation with any of our Trench Drain Systems, we highly recommend having at least 2-3 inches of concrete all around the drain. That includes the bottom of the channel drain as well.
what kind of tape do you put on grates while pouring concrete?
We are actually in the process of developing our own Grate Safe tape. This should be launching within the next 2 weeks!
