"This is really industrial edging. Easy to install and looks great. The only thing I recommend is that they improve their packaging. My first package was busted open laying on my front porch, and I was missing 3 nails. The second package was delivered the next day. It wasn't busted open but could have been very easily. I also didn't know it was going to come in separate shipments. They did take care of me and sent me the 3 missing nails."

Although Vodaland could have sat back and made me navigate the FedEx Claims Department labyrinth on my own, one of Vodaland's Customer Service Executives, Kelsey Swank, immediately stepped up and engaged Vodaland's Head of Logistics to push FedEx for resolution. When FedEx could not locate the order, Vodaland originated a replacement order and had it shipped out to me.
