Shipping Questions

How long does the standard free shipping take?

All orders go out the same day, or next business day - that is a promise! For all lower 48 states, standard shipping times take 3 to 5 business days (sometimes even sooner).

I have a very large order, how will this come to me?

If you have a very large order, then we ship it on a pallet - Drop Ship - directly to you. Yes, this is still including with our free shipping. Usually with pallet shipments its about 4-6 business days to your door from the day you order. Best part is you do not need any equipment to unload, we make sure they come in a truck with a lift gate, and set it wherever you wish! All on us!

I need something fast, what are my options?

We have 2 expedited options at checkout. 2 Day Air, and Next Day Air. After you enter all your shipping information, the rates will show up for both. All expedited orders placed before 1PM Central time will go out that same day - all others will head out the very next business day.

How do you ship? With what provider?

We ship with FedEx and ship proudly with them. Freight or Pallet orders go with R&L Freight. Over the years we have tried many shipping options and companies. These two companies not only get our product safely there, but in very, very fast timing.

I have some special requests, how do I do this?

There is a notes section in the checkout, any special requests go there. And yes, we do pay attention to each order.


How do I know if something is in stock?

If its on our site - and its for sale - then its in stock. We pride ourselves in doing what others dont - no special orders - no long wait. We have full stock of all our trench drains systems up to 2,000 sq feet at all times. Catch basins in the hundreds, and geo material in the hundred of thousands sq ft in stock.

Something is wrong with my item

If you have an issue with your order - the fastest way to get help is to email us at info@standartpark.com . We will replay within 1-3 hours during normal work time. Usually its within a half hour. We will do the best we can to help you with the problem.

How can I search to find products on the website?

Search bar at the top of any page is the fastest way to find a product. Better yet, the products actually populate live while you are searching!

Can you tell me more about your Price Promise policy?

We stand by our lowest pricing. Period - so if you have issues or want to know about large quantity discounts, please contact us at info@standartpark.com

What is your return policy?

We have a 15 day return policy - that is company wide standard. If within 15 days of your order arriving, you are having any problems, feel free to ship back for a full refund. Return shipping (unless a special circumstance) is paid by the customer and you can ship any way you wish. If you fall out of the 15 day return policy, please contact us, as we can request an approval for return (some fees may apply).


How do I set up a return?

Something broke in shipment ... what do I do?

If something broke during shipment - please email a photo to info@standartpark.com , we will then send a replacement NO QUESTIONS ASKED immediately! Its just that simple.

When can I expect my refund?

After we receive your return - we process it within 3 business days - depending on your bank it could take 5-7 days to show up on your account.

I have left overs, can I still return?

    If you have leftovers from your order, as long as 50% of the order is kept, you can send back for a full refund, no restocking fee. This must be done over the phone however and set up - but it is a simple process!
