"Materials seem like good quality. Some parts were missing but customer service was great about sending me the missing parts in a timely manner. I'm glad i ordered the brackets to secure the drain pieces to rebar so when the concrete floor was poured, there was less worry of the drain shifting out of place. Time will tell how everything holds up but I think it will do fine."
