4” PRO Channel System
This Heavy Duty channel drain system is designed to provide pedestrian safe drainage for commercial or industrial spaces.

Expanded Product Overview:
Our 4” PRO Channel System comes with a 100% recycled plastic channel body, heavy duty cast iron gratings and steel reinforcements. The reinforced steel edge supports extra heavy duty traffic whether it is needed for a large parking lot, warehouse, or large commercial area while also being ADA Compliant to ensure safe drainage. This is a neutral channel drain system (non-pre sloped) that is physically lightweight but still able to support heavy duty traffic. The system is customizable in the sense that it has two different depth options as well (3 or 8” depth) so that you are able to better suit it to your application.

"Drains are impressive and obviously built for strength. Channel mounting brackets work well and offer enough adjustment to square up drains and easily achieve grade. There were only two issues for me. The end caps are thin PPE plastic. I used an outlet end cap which is thin and does not secure very well to the end of the channel drain. After end cap was installed and drainage had been hooked up the end cap pulled the sealant off and disconnected from the drain causing a dig up of the trap and re adjustment and new sealant. If I were to use these again I would suggest going out of the bottom of the channel drain. Also the galvanized rebar is very thin. You can bend it by hand. This project had a lot of fill rock. Several pieces of rebar would not make it very far through the rock before they would just bend when driving them. Besides rebar and end caps everything is built very sturdy. Very happy with the drains and look great installed."

"I purchased these to install into my existing concrete floor in my garage. I really liked the look of the grates which is what sold me on spending a little more money on these than some of the lighter duty ones that would have worked for my application. The install went smooth but the animated instructions make things look easier to do than they are in the real world by yourself. Overall very happy with my purchase, I will buy them again when I build a pole barn as I’m very satisfied with the quality."

"love this product!! I have a mud problem at the entrance of my horse barn. I put down rubber mats last year which decreased the thick mud and kept me from losing my boots as I would sink in the mud, however, when the mats got wet, they were very slippery. One of my horses slipped on them and injured his shoulder. As you can see we live in a wet area. I did some searching for ideas and ran onto your products. I did an on line chat with one of your employees, very helpful. One of the mistakes I made was I thought I had the ground dug out deep enough but in areas I did not. I used racetrack gravel. I was worried that larger gravel would get stuck in the frog of their foot. Just to be safe I ran my yard roller over it to compress the gravel down deep into the pockets. Not sure if I needed to do that but mentally it made me feel better. when the horses walked on it, they did not fall through the pockets, they just left hoof prints. The math calculator said 3 tons of gravel was needed. actually, I used 5 tons. buy extra racetrack gravel if you use that type of gravel. 9'x17'x4" this will give you how much filler you need.
