Q&A

How steep a slope can 4" GeoCells be used on? I assume 4" is better than 2"? I assume my hill is 45 degrees
Hello! Both the 2" and 4" Geo Cell Systems are designed to handle installations on slopes of up to 45 degrees. The choice between the two typically depends on your project’s load and soil stabilization requirements. The 2" system is ideal for lighter applications like landscaping or garden paths, while the 4" system provides greater stability for steeper slopes or areas subject to heavier loads, such as driveways or embankments.
can this be applied to a 40 degree slope for erosion control, if so how do you attach grid to hold in place while filling so it doesn't slide down slope
Hi Barry, Thank you for reaching out! You can absolutely install our 4" GeoCell on a 40-degree slope. To ensure stability, we recommend using at least 30 J-Hook rebar rods per grid system to secure the GeoCell in place at the installation area.
