How do the end caps go on?

The Easy TWO end caps are universal. The channel has a male and female end. On the female end of the channel, the end caps will snap right now with the outside clips on the end caps. On the male end of the channel, its even simpler. Just slide the end cap right down in the groove the channel. We do recommend sealing off end caps with our polymer sealant for 100% water tight seal. 

Can these be cut at all?

Yes the channels can be cut and capped, that is not a problem, however we do recommend sealing the cap with our MS polymer sealant to ensure water tight on that.  

How do these channels connect?

Our Easy TWO channels have a snap and lock connection that is very tight. We do recommend removing the gratings for this step to make it easier. 

How long is each channel?

Each channel is 3.3 ft in length, and designed to connect end to end for a longer run. This is a standard length in the industry which allows you for gradual turns and more customization for your project. 

Do I leave the gratings in for the installation?

We do recommend leaving them in for a concrete installation. The main reasoning is because concrete does expand while its settling. By having the gratings in the system, you can make sure you wont have any grate placement issues after the concrete settles. 

How do I make a 90 degree turn?

The 90 degree turns are already built into the entire system, all the way up and down both sides of the channel. They also feature our snap and lock connection on those. Simply cut out the interior of that 90 degree area and connect, that is all! 

What outlet sizes are on the channel?

The Easy TWO channel packages come with a 4 inch bottom outlet, which can be put anywhere on the bottom of your system. We do also offer and end cap outlet option, which also has a 4 inch outlet. If you wish to connect to a PVC pipe, we do sell PVC adapters as well that work directly with this system.  

Can I drive over these systems?

No, the Easy TWO system is pedestrian rated only.
