"You sent me the wrong size drain. I ordered a 4" wide X 4" depth. You send me a 5" wide X a 3" depth. . I had already cut 16 feet long through tiles and solid concrete to fit the 4" wide X 4" depth drain from weeks ago."

Q&A
- How to secure to prevent movement if only one side is covered
- Dear Patrick, Thank you for reaching out. Please be advised that all of our trench drains are recommended to be fully embedded in concrete. However, for garden installations, the system may be embedded in soil or gravel. Please note that this specific drain is designed exclusively for pedestrian traffic.
